Our Core Values

At HKMI we’re all about empowering people  to become leaders of change!

Below are the ten core values that portray the concepts we value the most at HKMI. They provide guidance on how we achieve our kingdom focus mission as a global ministry.

  • We believe in Christ-centered revelatory teachings rooted in Scripture that can empower men and women to become kingdom focus leaders. (Concept: Spiritual Formation – 1 Peter 2: 21, 1 Corinthians 11:1; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; James 1:23–25).
  • We believe the church primary focus is to go and serve the lost to win their souls for the Kingdom of God.  (Concept: Servant Evangelism – Matthew 5:16, 2 Timothy 2:24-26)
  • We believe the church should positively impact our modern culture while remaining rooted in Scripture. (Concept: Relationship to others: (1 Corinthians 9:19–23).
  • We believe Christian leaders should continually aspiring to grow spiritually developing Christ-like characters.  (Concepts:  Christ character and holiness (Ephesians 4:22–24; Romans 8: 29)
  • We believe a ministry should be operated in love, humility and mutual respect by gifted men and woman of God. (Concepts: Humility, servanthood, 5-fold ministries and other spiritual gifts, (1 Corinthians 12 and 14; Romans 12; Ephesians 4; Psalm 133:1).
  • We believe in building strong relationship among leaders through loving relationships and serving one another. (Concepts: Teamwork, Love, humility, and relationship building (Galatians 5: 13 – 14; Nehemiah 3; Ephesians 4: 2).
  • We believe in being around other believers so that we can learn from each other and grow in our faith. The bible states that “Iron sharpen Iron”. This includes the concepts of mentorship, discipleship, leadership and accountability (Proverbs 27:17; Ps 133: 1; Luke 6:12–13; Acts 2:44–47).
  • We believe that God should be honored with a spirit of excellence. This includes the concepts of evaluation, critical review, intensity, and excellence (Colossians 3:17; Malachi 1:6–14; Proverbs 27:17).
  • We believe all leaders called to ministries should offer their entire being, give their tithes and offering to expand the kingdom of God. (Concept: Commitment, Priesthood and giving – Romans 12:1; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8; Ps 37:5, Numbers 30: 2)
  • We believe all believers should be transformed into leaders that serve others with love, humility and respect. This includes the concepts of servanthood found in (1 Cor 9: 19; 1 John 3: 18;  1 Timothy 3: 13).
